CLYDE TWP., MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Sept. 10, 2026) – The identity of a 16-year-old who died following a single-vehicle crash northeast of Pullman late this past Saturday night has been disclosed.
Allegan Public Schools, in an online statement, confirmed that Morgan Mouser was the lone occupant of a northbound pickup truck that apparently lost control on a curve, in the vicinity of 48th Street and 113th Avenue, around 11:30 PM. First responders came upon the overturned vehicle, with its single occupant, apparently unbuckled, having been thrown from the vehicle. Attempts to revive him at the scene were unsuccessful.
Mouser was a junior at Allegan High School and a member of the Tigers’ varsity wrestling team. School officials made counselors available this week for students, teachers and staff who are struggling with the loss. No funeral arrangements have been disclosed.
The incident remains under investigation.
