Weekdays, 6am – 10am
I’ve been fascinated by radio since I was a young kid. At night I would hide my tiny Zenith radio under my pillow and listen to any station I could tune in. I loved the music of the 60’s and 70’s. When I was 10, I created my own little radio studio in my bedroom and played DJ whenever I could. Fast forward a few decades and I have now been on your radio in Kalamazoo for 39 years. When I’m not playing Michigan’s Oldies on COOL FM, you’ll find me golfing, bass fishing, or bothering my wife.
I also spend a lot of time in my home studio, preparing for my radio show, doing voice over work, producing podcasts, transferring old video tapes, film, and slides to digital, or working on my book that I’ve been threatening to write for 30 years. It’s an honor to wake you up and play the greatest music of all time on your radio every day!
