KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Just days after the Michigan Department of Transportation reopened the northbound ramp to US-131 from westbound I-94 on Kalamazoo’s west side, roadwork will close another ramp for several days next week.
MDOT will be closing eastbound I-94 Exit 74B to northbound US-131 for joint repairs from 6:00 a.m. Monday, September 14 until 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 15.
During the closure, ramp traffic will be detoured via eastbound I-94, Oakland Drive and westbound I-94 to northbound US-131.
MDOT says drivers should expect delays and are advised to find an alternate route.
