KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Summer graduation ceremonies will be held this Saturday at Western Michigan University, with nearly 1,000 degrees to be awarded.
The university says that is 709 at the bachelor’s level, 192 at the master’s level, and 70 at the doctoral level.
Graduates hail from 25 countries, including the United States, and will participate in one of two programs at Miller Auditorium.
The 9:00 a.m. ceremony will include the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Haworth College of Business, College of Fine Arts, and College of Aviation.
The 12:00 p.m. ceremony includes the College of Arts and Sciences, Merze Tate College, College of Health and Human Services, and College of Education and Human Development
All guests, including family members and children of any age, must have a ticket to enter Miller Auditorium. Seating in the auditorium is limited, and all seats are general admission. Overflow space will be available for additional guests in Brown Hall for virtual viewing.
