KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Zeigler Kalamazoo Marathon will be run Sunday.
The marathon and relay will start at 7 a.m. at Bronson Park, with the half marathon and relay beginning at 8:05 a.m., the 10K at 8:30 a.m., and the 5K run/walk at 8:40 a.m.
The award ceremonies will begin at 9:45 a.m. for the 5K and 10Ks, 11 a.m. for the marathon, half marathon, and relays at 11 a.m.
Packet pickup will be from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturday and at 6 a.m. Sunday.
The city of Portage says runners will travel along the Portage Creek Bicentennial Park trail and nearby roadways during the race and say traffic delays are expected between 7:45 a.m. and 11:45 a.m.
