PAW PAW, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Former Van Buren County Specialty Court Administrator Rachel Lindley has been arrested for felony embezzlement over $100,000.
Michigan State Police accuse the 42-year-old of embezzling the money from various grants.
Lindley was arraigned Tuesday and faces up to 20-years in prison if convicted.
She currently lives and works in Bethesda, Maryland where she moved after leaving the Specialty Court Administrator post.
Lindley is also charged with felony embezzlement by a public official. She faces fines of a maximum of $55,000.
