SCHOOLCRAFT, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Dome Sports Center in Schoolcraft will be deflating its dome on Monday to create a new dome that is accessible to all people.
It is located at 12733 US-131 and is the home of Next Level Performance, which has sport-specific coaches building relationships with people to develop their potential.
The new dome will be installed in August and be complete in November.
The Dome Sports Center will continue offering summer camps, outdoor driving ranges, a flag football league, along with volleyball and basketball programs.
It is also home to the Southwest Michigan Miracle Field, which is a custom-designed baseball field eliminating barriers to wheelchairs and visually impaired players.
The dome deflation will be at 10 a.m.
