BATTLE CREEK, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — A man who allegedly killed a Battle Creek woman with a crossbow Sunday has been charged with open murder.
59-year-old Joel Wagner was arraigned on Tuesday, April 4 and charged with the murder of 44-year-old Kori-Lee Moser according to authorities.
Battle Creek police were called to a home in the 700 block of Capital Avenue Northeast after reports that a woman had been shot with a crossbow. Moser was found injured by police and taken to Bronson Battle Creek Hospital where she died from her injuries.
