MT. PLEASANT, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Freshman Lew Nichols III ran for 215 yards and four touchdowns while quarterback Daniel Richardson threw four TD passes as Central Michigan University defeated Kent State 54-30 in college football Wednesday night.
CMU spotted the Golden Flashes 14 points before using a 26-3 second quarter to turn the game around.
The Chippewas are now bowl eligible at 6-4 overall. They are 4-2 in the Mid American Conference.
