BATTLE CREEK, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Battle Creek police are seeking information after a mother and son were found dead inside a Battle Creek apartment on Friday, February 24.
Authorities say officers responded to the apartment complex at Minges Creek Place around 6:30 p.m. after getting a 911 call stating that two people were found dead inside an apartment.
Upon arrival, they confirmed the deaths of 38-year-old Tieasha Oliver and 22-year-old Jaquan West, both of Battle Creek.
Police believe at this time that the two were murdered and are seeking information from the public. They also say that there is no further danger to the public.
