KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Dollar General issued a recall for True Sling Loungers sold in 2019. The store issued the recall on Wednesday, August 4.
According to the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission, the company had received three reports of the loungers collapsing, with the metal folding joints causing amputations or lacerations to fingers.
The loungers have white frames and solid blue or solid green fabric. They were manufactured by Shanghai Worth Garden Products in China and sold nationwide at Dollar General Stores between January 2019 and September 2019 for about $20.
Their 12-digit UPC number is 430001047344.
