Forum
Communications Incorporated is committed to complying
with all rules and regulations of the FCC EEO rule
established in 2002. We have a policy of always accepting
tapes, resumes and letters of reference from individuals
or groups looking for employment placement in broadcasting.
We encourage female and minority applications. In most
cases we will interview and possibly hire from this
collection of applicants. If a position becomes available,
and we do not have any current applicants that can
be interviewed, we will make a posting on our web site;
we will broadcast recruitment ads on all stations seeking
applicants, and will notify the Michigan Association
of Broadcasters to add this posting on their web site.
We will also make notification to the listings on Appendix "A" that
is attached to this report.
The
following areas are the only areas we offer full time
employment:
Sales: Full
time commissioned sales
Programming/Production: Full
time announcing and production will include experienced
broadcast announcers with commercial production talents,
and board operation capabilities.
Administration: General
office work, telephones, word processing, and some
accounting experience required.

The
purpose of this EEO Public File Report ("Report")
is to comply with Section 73.2080(c)(6) of the FCC's
EEO Rule. This Report has been prepared on behalf of
Forum Communications, Inc. Southwestern Michigan Station
Employment Unit ("SEU"). This SEU is comprised
of the following stations: WQXC-FM licensed to Allegan,
Michigan, and WZUU-FM licensed to Mattawan, Michigan,
and posted on their web sites. The information contained
in this Report covers the time period beginning June
1, 2008 to and including May 31, 2009 (the "Applicable
Period").

During the above-mentioned dates, there were no full-time openings or hires.
"PRONG 3" INITIATIVES
During the above timeframe Forum Communications, Inc
participated in the following initiatives:
1. March 19, 2010 Forum Communications, Inc. participated in a Career Fair at Kalamazoo Valley Community College. Forum General Manager Tom Flynn participated in this one-day event, discussing with participants career opportunities in broadcasting with Forum Communications, Inc. and broadcasting in general.
2. As a continuing practice, Forum Communications, Inc. participates in the Michigan Association of Broadcasters “Job Bank” and always encourages applicants to send tapes and resumes that we can file for reference when we have future openings.
3. As a continuing practice, Forum Communications, Inc. participates in the Kalamazoo Valley Community College “Student Employment Pages” and always encourages applicants to send tapes and resumes’ that we can file for reference when we have future openings.
